A bumpa is a ritual vase with a spout used in Vajrayana ceremonies. The bumpa is understood to be the vessel or the expanse of the universe and is often used for purification or consecration. There are two kinds of bumpas used in ceremonies: main vases (tso bum) and activity vases (ley bum).

  • Approximately 8" tall without the feather
