Shipping policy

 

General Information
  • Processing Time: Your order will be prepared for shipment within 1-5 business days for UPS Ground and USPS ground advantage. As a policy, we prioritize USPS Priority Mail, both domestic and international. 
  • Shipping Carriers: We use UPS and USPS for reliable delivery.
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping is not standard but is offered for replacement items that were damaged during initial shipping. USPS Economy is shipped out as last priorty
Domestic Shipping
  • Available Options: We offer Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, and Priority Mail. For eligible items like books and CDs, Media Mail is also an option.
  • Delivery Times:Ground Advantage: 5-7 business days
  • UPS Ground: 3-7 business days
  • Priority Mail: 2-5 business days
International Shipping
  • Countries Served: We ship worldwide, with the exception of specific countries listed in the exclusion list.
  • Options and Times:First Class International: Up to one month
  • Priority Mail International: we will ship up to 7 business days.  Expected arrivals are generally from 7-14 business days once shipped
  • UPS International & UPS Expedited: 14-20 and 7-15 business days, respectively
Shipping Restrictions
  • Item Limitations: We are unable to ship authentic Kapala and Kanglings internationally or to New York, Louisiana, Georgia, and Tennessee.
Returns and Exchanges
  • Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and undamaged. Free returns for domestic orders.
  • Exchanges: While we don’t offer exchanges, we do provide shipping refunds for full returns.

Preorders

For orders that include items on  preorder, you must wait until the items become available in order for us to send the whole shipment. If you would like the rest of your order sooner, let us know at customerservice@tibetantreasures.com If the shipping separate costs more shipping costs than your original order, you must pay fees related to the difference.

Additional Information
  • Tracking: Available for Domestic Ground Advantage, UPS, and Priority Mail. Some International packages have a second tracking number applied once shipment arrives in country of destination, based on that country's policy. 
  • Signature Requirements: Necessary for orders over $700.
  • Insurance: Included for all Priority Mail orders.

Customs Fees

Customers will have to pay for customs fees before the package is shipped to final destination. You can visit your local post service website to fulfill this fee. 

Lost or Damaged Items

In the event that your item is misplaced or suffers damage during transit, we're here to help. Reach out promptly to our customer service team at info@tibetantreasures.com. Following your report, we'll kick off a claim procedure and present you with a form from our shipping service for you to fill out. After handling this, you can choose to either have the items re-sent (if they're still in stock) at no extra charge, or receive a full refund for your purchase.
