Return policy
Within the first 60 days of your purchase, if you are dissatisfied with your items, you are eligible for a free return (includes shipping!)

Free returns are eligible for:

  • Domestic orders only (within the continental US).
  • Items that are unused and in the same condition it was originally received.
Free returns are NOT eligible for:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloads
  • Consecrated items
  • Clearance items
To begin your return, please contact one of our sales representatives at or 877-479-6129 for a postage-paid return label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. If after 7 business days you have not yet seen a refund on your account, contact us at: for more information.

Exchanges may be made for items of the same value. If you wish to make an exchange for an item of greater value, you will be asked to pay the difference. Shipping is free for exchanges.

Why does my item look slightly different than in the picture?

Because the majority of our items are handmade in Nepal, there may be small discrepancies in the appearance of each item. If you are highly dissatisfied with your item, you may return it or exchange it for another item. Shipping is included in your return!
