Organic Guggul

$25.00
Regular price $25.00

Our high-quality, organic guggul resin is a fragrant, raw gum traditionally used for purification and offering. Harvested from the Commiphora wightii tree, this resin has been valued for centuries across Himalayan and Indian traditions for its deeply cleansing and protective qualities.

In Tibetan Buddhist practice, guggul is often burned during gektor (banishing) rituals, wrathful ceremonies, and other practices intended to clear obstacles, dispel negativity, and purify obscurations. Traditional sources note that certain obstructing forces are particularly averse to the scent of guggul, and for this reason it is frequently used in practices designed to drive away interference and restore balance.

With an aroma similar to myrrh—earthy, slightly sweet, and resinous—guggul may also be used for personal incense offerings, space clearing, or to support a focused and grounded meditation environment.
