Mandala pans are used as a method of accumulating merit and wisdom through the visualized offering of the universe in all its beauty. The pan serves as physical representation of a pure buddha field upon which jewels and grain can be poured as one imagines clouds of boundless offerings. This pan is made of a White Bronze alloy identical to the one used in bell and dorje making.
