This ritual implement is fashioned in the form of a double dorje (rdo rje rgya gram, Skt. vishvavajra)—the crossed-vajra symbol representing indestructibility, the union of all activities, and the adamantine ground of awakened experience. Handcrafted and painted in Nepal, it may be used as an incense applicator in sang (smoke offering) practice or as an altar ornament.
