Marcela Chaves, from the state of Minas Gerais in Brasil, has trained in the ritual arts of Tibetan torma making at Chagdud Gonpa Khadro Ling since 2016. While her primary profession is as a veterinarian and surgeon, her passion for artistic detail has always been apparent. Her experiences learning ritual arts and serving at Chagdud Gonpa Brasil have profoundly inspired her personal art and creativity. Marcela’s jewelry collection and ornaments reflect her aspiration to use these creations as a form of blessing and a way to remain connected to the joy of Dharma in daily life.
