A gau is a Tibetan Buddhist reliquary. It is often worn as a necklace and is used to hold sacred objects such as dutsi and other holy relics. 
This gold-metal gau has the Kalachakra insignia on the front.

• These gau come with a pill called ringsel, which is said to have been magically reproduced from an original bone of Shakyamuni. We are offering these pills with the intention to avert war during these times of prophesied strife and impending disaster.
