Hardcover | 524 pages
Full title: Herein Resides That Which is Called: Well-intentioned notes on the Ngondro for the Dzogpa Chenpo Longchen Nyingthig: Dispelling the Darkness of Mind of Those of Lesser Intelligence.
Nubpa Trinley Rinpoche composed a number of treatises; only one or two samplings of his works found their way out of Tibet. This text is from the direct and unbroken oral instruction lineage of the Longchen Nyingthig, which is like pure, unalloyed gold, filled with inconceivable blessings.
This lineage was passed from the primordial Buddha Kungtuzangpo to sambhogakaya Vajrasattva; then from Vajrasattva to nirmanakaya Garab Dorje, and then, one after the other, it passed from the master Manjushrimitra to Shri Singha, the crown ornament of the hundreds of mahasiddhas, and then successively to Jnanasutra; and from Jnanasutra to mahapandita Vimalamitra and then on to Guru Rinpoche, the singular embodiment of the enlightened activity of all the Buddhas combined. From Guru Rinpoche, the immediate lineage proceeded to Nubpa Trinley Rinpoche.
We have translated this text in order to benefit those beginners who are embarking on the profound path of becoming true yogins by uniting with the true nature.
