Dorje Legpa is a protective deity in Tibetan Buddhism, especially revered in the Nyingma tradition as a guardian of the Revealed Treasure texts. Subjugated by Guru Padmasambhava in the 8th century, he is depicted as a wrathful figure, often riding a snow lion or a goat with crossed horns. His primary role is to safeguard the Dharma and he is part of the 'Three Terma Protectors' trinity, along with Ekajati and Rahula.
