Red Tara Practice of Crystal Healing Booklet

Utpala Garland ~ the 24 page booklet is written in English aside from several prayers and mantras which incorporate phonetic Tibetan. It includes an introduction by Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche as well as the complete Crystal Healing practice starting with a prayer to Guru Rinpoche.

These teachings came to Chagdud Rinpoche in a pure vision crystal revelation from Tara in 1963 during a meditation retreat in one of India's most holy places. It has been translated in accordance with Rinpoche's oral instructions.
