By Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche

Foreword by Ken Wilber

Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche recounts his childhood and training in Tibet, his escape into exile, his years in India and Nepal, and his life in the West. Personal stories place his spiritual training alongside the upheavals and responsibilities of his life.
