This partially gilded White Tara statue is gilded with gold, silver, and copper.
The practice of White Tara is associated with long-life, peace and prosperity. She has seven eyes and holds a long-life vase in her right hand and a blooming lotus in her left. The three eyes on her face symbolize her ability to see the unity of ultimate reality and simultaneously see the relative and dualistic worlds.
