Along with the main public and religious holiday, you will find in it the special practice days, such as Guru Rinpoche days and Dakini Days, as well as the main events of the year commemorating the deeds of the Buddha and the anniversaries of all the main teachers of the Tibetan Buddhist lineages. To help you plan your daily events a new monthly planner can be found at the beginning of each month, as well as a yearly planner for 2023-24 and 2024-25.

International Shipping

Countries Served: We ship worldwide, with the exception of specific countries listed in the exclusion list.
Options and Times: First Class International: Up to one month
Priority Mail International: 7-14 business days
UPS International & UPS Expedited: 14-20 and 7-15 business days, respectively

Shipping Restrictions

Item Limitations: We cannot ship human bone internationally or to Louisiana, Georgia, and Tennessee.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and undamaged. Free returns for domestic orders.
Exchanges: We provide shipping refunds for full returns but do not offer direct exchanges.

You can choose to have the items re-sent at no extra charge, if they are still in stock, or receive a full refund for your purchase.

If you're not satisfied with your items within 30 days of delivery, you might qualify for a free return, including shipping!

How to Initiate a Return:

Reach out to our team at customerservice@tibetantreasures.com or call 877-479-6129. Share the reason for your return.
If approved, you'll get a USPS postage label via email from Tibetan Treasures.
Within a week, print the label, stick it on your securely packed return package.
After we get your return and confirm the items are unused and undamaged, we'll process your refund. This can take 5-7 business days. Generally, shipping costs are also refunded. Exceptions include partial returns or if the original shipping method was expedited.
